Refund & Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging are intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Customized or personalized products, if applicable.
• Size-related issues where the customer has not referred to the size chart before purchase.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges, subject to stock availability, for:

• Wrong size received.
• Damaged or defective products.
• Incorrect product delivered.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery and share your:

1. Order Number
2. Name
3. Contact Number
4. Reason for Return or Exchange
5. Photos of the product, if damaged or incorrect

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be borne by Off Theory.
• For voluntary returns or exchanges, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
